Preparation of employment contracts, distribution agreements and other business contracts; and General business advice and representation. Government Contracts: Mr. Prather has served for over seventeen years as a staff attorney in the Business Law Division of a federal executive agency. During that time, his primary focus has been on federal procurements. Hence, federal conflict of interest and ethics laws may preclude Mr. Prather's representation of some clients who have a cause of action against the federal government. Naturally, we conduct our initial interview in a way designed to uncover any conflict that may exists. If we determine that a prohibited conflict of interest exists, either real or the appearance of such, we cannot accept that case.
